Avocado, Apple & Kale Smoothie by Saveen Kaur

Go Green Smoothie 💚 
Made with Avocado, Apple and Kale, this healthy smoothie can be had before work out or for breakfast.

So this was the first time I made this smoothie using Kale, Avocado and Apple, I had added honey to make it sweet. 

You don't need to add honey, if you are adding Banana instead of Apple as the sweetness of Banana balances the flavours of Kale and Avocado really well. 

A lot of people prefer frozen fruits for their smoothie but i prefer adding fresh fruit as I don't like the concept of frozen food. 

You can add frozen fruits occasionally if you like but if you want to have smoothies on a daily basis, always go for fresh produce!

I love to add seeds like Pumpkin, Sunflower, Chia, Watermelon, Flax etc. in my smoothie, so below I have added assorted seeds, you can add any or all as you like it 😊

They make the smoothie even more healthier 💪
