Curd and Coriander Dip by Saveen Kaur


 

A delicious dip to accompany Kebabs and more cocktail Starters!


I love to try out different types of Chutney's and Dips that give a rich flavour and gel well with the side snacks.






The main hero of this Chutney is Curd. I have added a lot of spices which you can see in the pictures below which give a brilliant taste when combined together!















Ingredients 

2 cups coriander
2 tbsp curd or more to make a smooth chutney
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
5 green chillies
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dry ginger powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp aniseesd (saunf)
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cumin seeds


Method

Mix in all the ingredients in a food processor and blend them into a fine paste.

Have it with your favourite starter :)
