Thai Iced Tea With Milk Foam


2 cup water
4 tsp tea leaves
2 no star anise
2 inch lemon grass
3 tbsp sugar
1 spoon tamarind pulp
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp milk foam


Heat water and add tea leaves with lemon grass, and star anise.
After boiling for 5 minutes strain and keep it aside.
Add sugar and condensed milk.
Pour the ice tea in a tall glass with lot of ice.

Slowly top off glasses with coconut milk.
Garnish with milk foam.
