Penne Pesto


4 lime juice
500g bunch of basil
1 clove of garlic
50g pine nuts
200ml virgin olive oil
50g Parmesan
salt, pepper to taste


First blend the basil, garlic, pine nut and lime juice.
Then add the olive oil.

For Pasta - 

Blanch pasta in hot boiling water.
Saute onion and garlic.
Add blanched pasta.
Add pesto.
Add pine nut and sundries tomatoes.
Adjust seasoning.
Serve hot.
