Ingredients
For tortilla(roti)
Maize flour - 20 gms
Refined flour(Maida) - 40 gms
Oil - 10 mls
Salt - 5 gms
Water - as per requirement to make tight dough
Make dough and make 2 roti ,half cooked on taw.
For stuffing
Boiled potato-mashed - 60 gms
Boiled green peas - 20 gms
Achar paste - 10 gms
Oil - 10 mls
Cumin - 5 gms
Turmeric - 5 gms
Garam masala - 2 gms
Chopped ginger - 5 gms
Chopped green chilli - 2 gms
Chopped fresh coriander - 5 gms
Amul cheese - 50 gms
Method
Heat oil, add cumin, green chilli, ginger.
Add all spices, achar paste and cook till golden. .Add in potatoes and green peas and mixture well.
Take one tortilla(roti) ,spread mixture on top,put grated cheese and coriander.Put second roti on top.
Cook on tawa on both side till crisp.Cut and serve with chutney of your choice.
