Ingredients & Method
1. Mix 50 gm sugar with 2 tsp water and cook.
2. Once sugar change color and caramelizes add 30 ml cream and let it cool.
3. Boil 25 ml water with 15 gm brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon powder.
4. And let it cool.
5. Take out half a glass of fresh apple juice.
6. Add lemon juice from half of lemon and half tea spoon ginger juice.
7. Mix all with half a glass of ginger ale and shake well and top with with ice.
8. Serve chilled.
