Ingredients -
• Yellow moong dal 200 gmc
• Chop green coriander 25 gm
• Hing 1 pinch
• Chopped green chilli as per taste
• Ginger chop or grated 2 tsp
• Fennel powder 1 tsp
• Roasted Crushed coriander seeds 1.5 tsp
• Red chilly powder 1 tsp
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 pinch soda bicarbonate
Method -
• Wask and soak the dal for about 4-5 hours
• Grind and make a paste.
• Add all spices
• Leave for a while to rest.
• Deep fry
For chaat
• Immidiately mix the wadi with a mixture of green chutney+ tamarind chutney+ chaat masala+ redchilly powder+ chopped onion+ lemon juice
• At the base of serving bowl put little sweetened curd(not too sweet)
• Place the wadi on top
• Garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leave.
