Green Grape & Basil Quencher



A refreshing drink!


Ingredients and method:
Fresh grape juice – 60 ml
Fresh squeezed lime juice – 15 ml
Basil simple syrup – 30 ml { boil 50 ml water with 30gm sugar and add 7 no basil leaves }
Ginger juice half tea spoon
Mix all and garnish with chopped basil .
You can alter the recipe to your taste by adding more syrup to make it sweeter, more lime to make it tangier.
