Hot & Spicy Soy Noodles

Healthy and Tasty Hot & Spicy Soy Noodles to delight your taste buds without making you feel guilty!

In this dish I have made use of Soy Noodles instead of regular noodles.

The best thing about Soy Noodles is that they are rich in fibre and easily digestible and suitable for everyone from kids to adults.

So indulge guilt free and be happy.

Yes I won't deny the taste is different from the regular noodles but then it is on you how to make the best out of everything :)

And also what is interesting is that they hardly take 5 minutes to cook, unlike the other noodles so cooking time gets saved.

Recipe

Ingredients

1 packet of Soy Noodles
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper cut lengthwise
3-4 Green Onions cut lengthwise
2 tbsp Greens of Green Onions
1 packet of Baby Corn cut lengthwise
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger - Garlic Paste
2-3 tsp Hot & Spicy Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method

Boil Noodles, strain them and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic paste and cook till it changes color.
Add green onions and mix them well.
Then add baby corn and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add red bell pepper and mix in well and cook for a minute.
Add salt and pepper.
Add the sauces and mix in well.
Slowly fold in the boiled noodles and mix them well.
Add chopped greens of green onions and mix in well.
While serving, garnish some greens on top and serve hot.

Relish :)
