Sav's Special Sizzling Brownie Delight

Experience heaven in your mouth, that's all I have to say!

You must have seen in my previous posts how I have made use of the Brownies that I made. This is the finale dish in that series.

In this I have used Strawberry Cream Icing which was already there at home, leftover of my cup cakes. Then fortunately I had Amul Tricone ice cream at home, so removed the ice cream and used the cone ;)
And thats how I clubbed all the elements and made this divine dish with brownies, ice cream and shredded dark chocolate!
Trust me it was Mind Blowing.

You can see the ice cream all melted because they were placed on Hot Brownies.

I did some little bit art work with the icing cream and placed it in the freezer to harden, then assembled the final dish,


2 - 3 Brownies
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Strawberry Cream Icing
Shredded Dark Chocolate
Waffle Cone
Hot Chocolate Sauce


First make design on the plate with the icing cream and place it in the freezer for a few minutes till it hardens.
Place the hot brownies in the centre and place the ice cream in between the brownies and on the top. Drizzle hot chocolate sauce and sprinkle shredded chocolate.
Place a cone on top and cover the cone opening with icing cream.
Now indulge :)
