Penne In a Tart

Have you ever tried eating Penne in a Tart, try this what I have made, you will love it! Makes for an amazing appetizer.

To make this you first need to make Pasta In White Sauce.
I have chose Penne because I had that already at home while making it. You can choose any other pasta of your choice.

1 packet of Tarts

Olives

Grated Cheese

Boil Pasta and keep aside.

Make Sauce for Pasta -

Ingredients

1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Maida
1 glass milk (room temperature)
1 glass water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
1 cube cheese grated (optional)

Method

Heat butter in a saucepan.
Add maida and keep stirring it till it changes slight color and looks cooked.
Turn off the flame.
First mix half glass water and half glass milk in a glass.
Mix it in well and be sure there are no lumps.
If you feel that the quantity of sauce will be less, then add more half glass water and half glass milk because once you cook the sauce, it reduces in quantity and becomes thick in consistency.
Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, oregano, paprika powder, sugar and cheese.
Mix it well.
Bring the pan back on high flame and cook.
When it starts turning thick, add in the boiled pasta and mix well.
Add fresh chopped parsley.
Once done remove it from the flame.

Now you can eat it like this only, it tastes amazing but you can have it in one more interesting way.
Stuff it in a tart. Garnish it with Olives, Cheese and Parsley.
Now while I am writing this post, a thought just struck me that you can remove some white sauce and keep aside and put it in the tart.

Alternatively you can also spread the pasta on a roasted toast or stuff it in a roll or a mini bun.
There are so many ways you can have fun with food ;)

Enjoy :)
