A simple dish with a delightful taste, an healthy option that can be eaten on a regular basis!
Ingredients
1 tbsp Oil
1 green chilli
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp jeera
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
Half cup peas
1 cup shredded cabbage
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dhana jeera powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
A few drops lemon
1 tsp sugar
Coriander for garnishing

Method
Heat oil in a pan.
Add a green chilli.
Add mustard seeds.
Let them splutter.
Add cumin seeds.
After a minute, add chopped onions. Cool till they turn pale in color.
Add ginger garlic paste. Cook till it turns golden brown in color.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Cook for a minute.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, jeera powder.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add peas, potato and cauliflower.
Mix it well.
Cook till done.
Add a few drops of lemon and sugar.
Mix well.
Garnish with coriander.
Add a green chilli.
