Spiced Mango Walnut Dip

I'll share with you a very big secret of mine.
The secret is that majority of the things I do in my life our based on my instinct and you know what most of the time by God's grace they turn out to be amazing. Touchwood. And one more thing which is really important that I mostly practice, if something goes wrong or against the plan, I do get disturbed momentarily but then I also know that we can turn a negative situation into a positive one, just with our attitude.
Let me explain you how!
Now I was planning to make something and while I was preparing it, while blending, the blade of my food processor broke. Now I would definitely not serve that food in the blender to my family because I was not sure if the broken blade had left some remnants, so I decided to discard the dish.
Now I had roasted walnuts and I hate seeing things go waste and plus I was really in a mood to make something.
So first, I grounded the roasted walnuts and was about to store them, then suddenly I just happened to notice a Mango lying near the mixer. That's when an idea struck me and I thought of experimenting something with the Mango and the Walnuts!
I thought how about making a dip ;)
So here I go,  I chop the Mango and add it in the grounded walnuts.  Then I add Extra Virgin Olive Oil,  salt, some sugar, black pepper powder,  cumin powder, I taste it and felt something was missing, that's when I added lemon juice of half lemon,  then some cinnamon powder and finally some paprika powder. I give it a final blend. It tasted perfect.
So have you ever tried a Spiced Mango Walnut Dip, I am sure you haven't, I just invented it,  lol ;)
Trust me it was a killer blend of flavors - Tangy, Sweet, Sour and Spiced. It was mind-blowing.
Have it with Lavish and remember me ;)

Ingredients

8 - 10 roasted Walnuts
1 Mango chopped
1/2 Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Black pepper powder
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Garnish with parsley

You can always add and subtract the quantity of the above ingredients according to taste. It is always advisable to first add less and then adjust according to taste.

Mix it all together and blend them well in a food processor.

Serve it with Lavash and relish :)
