Veggie Pulao by Saveen Kaur

So delicious and healthy!

Hey lovelies so I was browsing through my phone gallery and spotted this yummy comfort dish which I had made a few months back.

Honestly I would like to have this right now while I am typing this recipe.
Bring on all comfort food kinda mood!

I haven't really cooked something interesting recently but wanted to share something different this month with you lovelies so thought of sharing the recipe of this delicious Pulao 😋
Super easy to make and also so healthy.

Ingredients -
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups boiled rice
1 Capsicum diced
1 Onion sliced thinly
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
1 packet of Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt to taste
Fresh Homemade Ricotta Cheese

Method -
Heat oil in a Kadhai.
Add chopped garlic and cook till it changes color.
Add sliced onion and cook till it turns translucent.
Add diced Capsicum and cook for a few minutes.
Add half packet of Cherry Tomatoes. Slice them into two. Keep the remaining to eat it raw. Trust me it tastes amazing!
Add both sauces and mix them well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli flakes, oregano and mix them well.
Add salt and mix in well.
Add boiled rice and mix it well with everything.
Transfer the Pulao into a serving dish.
Top the dish with Fresh Homemade Ricotta Cheese.
Garnish it with raw cherry tomatoes, raw onion Slices and chopped coriander.
Tastes so mind blowing 👌
