Sweet Potato Chaat by Saveen Kaur



So here comes one of my ways to indulge in super healthy Sweet Potatoes.

It's so delicious that you would love to make it very often.

Ingredients -

2 Sweet Potatoes Boiled
1 Onion Chopped
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Coriander To Garnish
Peanuts to Garnish
1-2 tbsp Water

Method -

Heat Oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions.
Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix it all well.
Add Ketchup and mix in well.
Add water and sugar.
Let it become little thick.
Add diced boiled sweet potatoes.
Make sure it's all mixed well.
Remove from flame and put it in a serving bowl.
Garnish it with coriander and peanuts.
Serve and eat hot 🔥
