Pastalicious by Saveen Kaur



Delicious easy to make Pasta!

Had made this Pasta few days back, it turned out so good, thought of sharing it with you lovelies :)

Hope you like it!


Ingredients -
1 tbsp Oil + 1 tsp Oil to boil Pasta
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Dry Red Chilli
1 cup Pasta, any of your choice
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Water
1 Cheese Cube
1 tsp Dry Oregano Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes (Add more of you want it to be spicier)
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Basil leaves to garnish

Method -
In a pan, boil water, add a pinch of salt and oil.
Add pasta.
Cook till its almost done.
Remove it from the flame, drain out the water, toss in some oil and mix it with a light hand and keep it aside.
To prepare the gravy -
In a blender, add tomatoes, onion, garlic and red chilli.
Add 1-2 tbsp water as required.
Blend it well.
In a pan, add oil.
Add the paste prepared above.
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes till the masala thickens.
Reduce the flame.
Add salt, red chilli flakes and dry oregano powder.
Mix it well.
In a glass add room temperature milk and water.
Pour it inside the pan.
Mix in well.
Give it a boil, reduce the flame and let it cook for a few minutes till the gravy thickens.
Add boiled pasta and mix in well.
Add broken pieces of cheese cube and mix in well.
Let it cook for a 2-3 minutes.
Remove it from the flame.
Assemble it in the serving dish.
Garnish with basil leaves, dry oregano powder and red chilli flakes.
Serve Hot!
