Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients
1 Banana
1/8th cup Yogurt
1/8th cup Milk
3 Cubes of Dark Chocolate
1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp Sunflower Seeds
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Almonds
1 tsp Cranberries
Method
Blend all the above ingredients together into a smoothie!
