Dessert Type Yummy Toast by Saveen Kaur

 

So here comes an easy peasy way to make something so delicious in no time from the comfort of your home when craving some chocolate dessert 😍


Toast Coated on one side with Chocolate Ganache and some fruits 🥰

It's so easy to make this Chocolate Ganache. 
You can also store for 2-4 days in the freezer to make more things out of it.

So I have made Milk Chocolate Ganache for which I have used the ratio of 2.5:1 of Milk Chocolate and Cream

So supposing if you are using 1/2 cup Fresh Cream, you add 1 + 1/4th Cup Chopped Milk Chocolate. 

Please note the ratio for Dark Chocolate differs.
If you are using Dark Chocolate then the ratio will be 2:1.

Now you can make this Ganache and keep it for 2 hours in room temperature.
It will thicken and will be spreadable.
You can also store it and keep it in the freezer.

When you want to use it, remove it from the freezer and let the Ganache come to room temperature.
If it's too thick then you can remove how much ever you want to use and beat it a bit till it's of spreadable consistency.

Now how to make this yummy Toast? 

All you have to do is Toast the bread slices.
Apply some chocolate Ganache over it and spread it evenly covering the entire top side of the toast.
Then top it up with Fresh Strawberries and Banana slices as shown in the picture.
Garnish it with your favorite nuts and tadaaaa your yummy dessert type toast is ready to be indulged in.
