Pasta by Saveen Kaur


So here is the recipe of the Pasta that I had made yesterday for dinner. 

It was a beautiful rainy weather and I got wet walking in the rain, I chose to get wet 😁 
Walking in the rain, listening to your music makes it such a fun experience. 
So when I came back home, I thought of making this yumness 😍


2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Green Chilli
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 cup Water
1/4th cup Milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup Pasta
1 Cheese Cube
A few Mint leaves


First boil Pasta.
In a pan, add water, give it a boil, add 1 tbsp Oil and a pinch of salt.
Add Pasta.
Let the pasta boil till its almost done.
Remove it off the gas.
Strain it under running water.

Now cook the sauce -

In a pan, add oil.
Let it heat.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook till changes color.
Grind onion, tomato and green chilli together in a fine paste.
Add the paste to the pan and mix it well.
Let it cook for a few minutes till the color starts to deepen.
Add salt, red chili flakes, black pepper powder and dried oregano.
Mix it well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and give it a boil.
Reduce the flame and add milk and give it a good stir.
Add sugar and mix it well.
Add boiled pasta and cheese.
Mix it well.
Let it cook till the sauce thickens and the pasta is well Coated.
Place the pasta in a bowl and garnish it with Cheese and Mint Leaves.
Serve it hot and relish it hot 😍🧀🔥

I had made some Toast along with the Pasta.
I had sliced the bread into long wedges.
Applied some butter on it and garnished it with Oregano, Red Chilli Flakes, thin cheese slices and a few chopped mint leaves.  

So simple but so tasty!
