Chaats are the perfect blend of sweet and savoury and when it is so healthy, it makes for a perfect guilt free snack!
So here comes the recipe of Sweet Potato Chaat for you sweet people to indulge in 😋😊
So easy to make, so delicious to taste, trust me you will want this to be a regular on your menu!
Ingredients -
2 Big Sweet Potato Boiled
1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 Green Chilli chopped
3 tbsp Roasted Chana, keep some for garnishing
3 tbsp Dates & Jaggery Chutney
Sev for garnishing
Sev Puri
Salt to taste
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Method -
In a bowl, add chopped sweet potatoes, chopped onion and chopped tomato.
Add roasted chana and green chilli, mix it well.
Add crushed Puri and sev (if you want it to be low on calories, then you can give this a skip)
Add salt and red chilli powder, mix it well.
Add Chutney and mix it well.
Put the chaat in plates, garnish with chana, sev and puri.
