Healthy and Delicious!
Trust me this dish is so delicious, you would love to make it often for your evening snack!
Serves - 4
Ingredients -
1 packet Vermicelli
1 Onion chopped
1 Potato thinly sliced cubes
1 Tomato chopped
1 Carrot thinly sliced
8 - 10 Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilli chopped
1 tbsp Rice Bran Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Peanuts
1 tbsp Peanuts for garnishing
Mint leaves for garnishing
Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
1 cup water or more as per required.
Lemon juice ( optional )
Method -
In a kadhai, add oil, let it heat up a bit.
Add curry leaves and chopped green chilli.
Add peanuts.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Add onion and cook till it turns translucent in color.
Add carrots, potato and tomato.
Add salt and all spices and mix in well.
Add all the sauces and mix in well.
Add vermicelli and mix it well.
Add 1 cup water, give it a boil, add more if required later.
Let it cook on medium flame covered till water has dried up but it is still little wet in consistency.
Mix it well with a light hand.
Serve it garnished with peanuts, mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Add lemon juice on topic you want.
Serve and Relish!
