Everyday Is Mango-Nificient

Let me tell you a fun fact about me, the only reason I can tolerate the summer season is because of Mango!!! 

Love love love Mangoes 😍😍

I love Mangoes and love to have it in all sorts of variations. From drinks to desserts.

So below I have shared a few delicious cum healthy easy to make recipes that you can make and relish :)

They will not only ginger up your mood and but also make your taste buds happy 😋😊


Spiced Mango Walnut Dip


A fabulous blend of flavors - Tangy, Sweet, Sour and Spiced. It is mind-blowing.
Have it with Lavish and remember me ;)


8 - 10 roasted Walnuts
1 Mango chopped 
1/2 Lemon juice 
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder 
1/2 Paprika powder 
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Black pepper powder 
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cumin powder 
Garnish with parsley

You can always add and subtract the quantity of the above ingredients according to taste. It is always advisable to first add less and then adjust according to taste. 

Mix it all together and blend them well in a food processor. 

Serve it with Lavash and relish :)

Mango Phirni


So so yummy!!


1/2 kg milk
4 tbsp rice - soaked for in water for 1 hour
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp caramon powder
2 mangoes - 1 to make mango pulp and 1 for decoration


Soak the rice for 1 hour, remove all water and strain and blend it into a fine smooth paste, add little water if required.
Boil milk in a pan, reduce the heat and add the paste, make sure there are no lumps and keep stirring continuously.
Keep cooking on low heat till phirni is of thick consistency. 
Add sugar.
Add mango pulp and cardamom powder and mix it well.
Cool it for sometime before putting it in a big bowl or you can also put it in small bowls for individual serving.
Before placing in the bowl put some chopped mango at the bottom and use remaining for decoration.
Keep it in the fridge till serving time.

Mango Raita

Not only sweet and spicy but gingery too ;)

Ginger Up your Meal and your Mood with Mango Raita :)


2 cups curd
1/4th cup milk
1 tsp Salt or to taste
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup Cubes Mango
1 tsp Red chilli powder 
4-5 Green chilli chopped (optional)
1 tsp Dry ginger powder 
1 tbsp chopped Coriander
1 tsp Cumin seeds powder 


Beat curd well in a bowl. Add room temperature milk and fold in well with the curd. Mix in all the ingredients well. Garnish with chopped coriander and chillies.
Yummy Gingery Raita is ready!

Keep it in the fridge till serving time.

Mango Smoothie

Super yummy easy to make two ingredient Smoothie!

Here comes an easy peasy two ingredient Smoothie to delight your taste buds while blessing you with health as well!

Ingredients -

2 Mangoes

1/2 glass Soy Milk 

Method - 

Blend in the two together to make a yummy Smoothie!

Relish :)

Kindly note I have not added any sweetener, you can add if you would like to!

Almond Mango Smoothie

Yum Yum Yummy Healthy Smoothie made with Almond Milk and Mango!!!

Ingredients - 

1 glass Almond Milk

1 Mango

1 tsp or more as per taste Coconut Sugar

Method - 

Blend together all ingredients into a smooth drink.

Pour it in a glass.

Relish it completely!

Banana Mango Coconut Smoothie

Super delicious tropical flavoured healthy Smoothie!

So I love to try out different combinations as far as my food and specially Smoothies are concerned.

Thought of blending in these flavours and guess what... the outcome was super delicious 😋

Made with Banana, Mango and Coconut Water, this yummy Smoothie will give you the tropical feels 😍

Ingredients -

1 Banana

1 Mango

200 ml Coconut Water

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut and some for garnishing

Method - 

Blend in all together into a smooth smoothie :)

Pour it in a glass.

Garnish with Desiccated Coconut.

Mango Shake

This is a very basic version and a healthy option.

To make 1 glass - 

1 Mango

Half Cup Milk

2 tsp Sugar

Blend it together and your yummy shake is ready.

Rooh Mango Shake

A drink for the soul :) Made with two of my favorite elements - Mango and Roohafza!

To make 1 glass - 

1 Mango - chopped
Half Cup Cold Milk
1 - 2 tbsp Roohafza, as per taste


Blend chopped Mango and Milk together. Keep some pieces of chopped Mango for adding in the glass.
Take a glass and Roohafza at the base. Pour the blended Milkshake on it.
Add chopped Mango.
Stir it before having.
Relish this delightful drink :)


Aamras is something that I look forward to have during lunch. 

It is very simple to make this yumminess. 
Peel off the skin of the Mango, chop it in pieces and blend it in the mixer, add sugar as per taste and blend it well. 

Serve with Puri or just have it like this. 

If it is leftover then you can always blend in the milk and make it a yummy Milkshake :)

Mango Lassi 

Love this drink! 

To make 1 glass -

One Mango Chopped
One third glass Curd
One fourth glass Water
1-2 tsp Sugar or as per taste 

Blend it all together. 

Pour it in a glass and relish :)

Khus Mango Shake

As you guys know I love to experiment and try new flavours, I was wondering how would Khus and Mango taste, I got my answer, it tastes amazing!!!

To Make 1 glass - 

1 Mango chopped

Half glass of Milk

2 tsp Khus Syrup

Blend in Milk and Mango together.

Put Khus Syrup in the bottom of the glass and pour the blended Milk and Mango on top of it.

Relish this yummy drink :)
