Berry Nutty Chia Pudding by Saveen Kaur

 My pre workout fuel! Also this pudding makes for an excellent breakfast option!

Hey lovelies so if you have been following me on Instagram @saveen_kaur, you will know how enthusiastic I am about fitness and love working out! 

Fitness also involves eating healthy nourishing food so I try to make things as healthy as possible without compromising on taste!

This is one type of pudding which you can indulge in guiltlessly!

It is so yummy, so nutritious, loaded with antioxidants and fibre and guess what, it satiates all my sweet cravings!

Do give a try, it is super simple to make and so yummy to taste 😋

Ingredients - 

1/2 cup Chia Seeds

1 cup Milk of your choice

1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey, depending on how sweet you want the pudding to be!

15-20 Pistachios

2 tbsp Dried Cranberries

2 tbsp Dried Blueberries

1 Banana

1 Chikoo

1 tbsp Flax Seeds

1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Method -

In a bowl in which you will have your pudding, soak Chia Seeds in Milk.

Add maple syrup or honey and mix in well. I  had not added either because the fruits provide the natural sweetness so I prefer without any more sweetener.

Keep this bowl in the fridge overnight.

When your going to consume, top it with sliced fruits, dried fruits and assorted seeds.
