Yum Yum Yummy Smoothie, must have in every Strawberry Season!
This is my go to basic Smoothie that I never get tired of having during Strawberry Season. When I wanna have Strawberry flavoured Smoothies otherwise, I opt for Strawberry Yogurts available in the market.
Super simple to make and trust me so so yummy and so healthy!
Let me give you a few reasons why strawberries are so good for you -
✔ They help in weight management. They help to burn stored fat.
✔ They contain Flavonoids which help to lowe the risk for heart disease.
✔ They boost memory.
✔ They are high in fiber.
✔ They contain anti-aging properties.
✔ They contain magnesium, potassium and Vitamin K which promote bone health.
✔They are nutrient rich and packed with antioxidants like Vitamin C.
✔ They boost immunity.
✔ They promote eye health.
✔ They help fight cancer.
✔ They fight bad cholestrol.
To make 1 Serving
Ingredients -
8-10 Strawberries
1 glass Milk - You can choose any of your choice
1 or 2 tbsp of Honey or Maple Syrup as per taste and choice, You can also add Coconut Sugar.
Method -
Blend in all the ingredients together.
Pour it in a glass and garnish with a Strawberry.
RELISH!!!!
