Strawberry Banana Cranberries Coconut Smoothie by Saveen Kaur

 


Delicious cum super healthy Smoothie!

So here comes a super delicious Smoothie loaded with antioxidants, packed with nutrients and rich in taste!


To Make 1 glass


Ingredients - 

1 small tub of Strawberry Yogurt

1 Banana

1 tbsp Dried Cranberries

1 tsp Flax Seeds

1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Sunflower Seeds

2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut


Method - 

Blend in all together to make a delicious smoothie.

Pour it in a glass.

Garnish it with assorted seeds, coconut and dried cranberries.

Relish!!!
