Love to have this Smoothie for breakfast or post workout! Its loaded with Protein and so many healthy ingredients which are packed with nutrients and antioxidants!
To make 1 glass
Ingredients -
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 spoons Protein Powder
1 Banana
1 glass of Milk of your choice
1 tsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp Sunflower Seeds
1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Method -
Blend in all together in a blender.
Pour it in a glass and relish it!
