Made with Banana, Blueberry flavoured yogurt, Desiccated Coconut this is one healthy yummy blend.
You can always add fresh blueberries when in season and plain greek yogurt or regular curd, if you can't find blueberry flavoured yogurt!
To make 1 glass
Ingredients -
1 Banana
1 small tub of Blueberry Yogurt
1 tbsp Maple Syrup ( optional ) you can add sugar if you want, Coconut or Regular.
1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
Method -
Blend in all together to make a delicious smoothie in a blender.
Pour it in a glass,
Relish!!!
