Honey Chilli Potato by Payal Rao

Delicious to taste, easy to make!


4 Potatoes
2 tsp Ginger and Garlic 
2 thinly sliced Onions 
2 thinly sliced Capsicum 
1/2 cup Spring Onion Green  
2 slit long Green Chillies 
2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce  
2 tsp Soya Sauce  
2 tsp Tomato Sauce  
1 tsp Schezwan Sauce 
1tsp Vinegar 
Salt to taste 
1/2 tsp Pepper  
2 tbsp Honey  
2 tsp White Sesame Seeds  
Oil for frying


Slice your potatoes long and deep fry them till golden and crisp.
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan, heat it. 
Add ginger, garlic and green chilies. Saute for a minute. 
Add onions and capsicum. Sauté again for a minute. 
Add all sauces, spring onion green, salt and pepper and sesame seeds. Toss well. 
Now add the potatoes and give it a good mix. 
Everything should be coated well. Garnish with spring onion green and sesame. Serve hot.
