Cottage Cheese and Bell Peppers by Saveen Kaur



Super Delicious, Super Healthy, Easy to make and Weight Loss Friendly!


Hey lovelies so I have been on a weight loss watching diet for quite sometime which is little difficult but not impossible.

So I have hardly been eating outside food since 3 months and I have been careful about what I eat at home also.

So it's not necessary that eating healthy food has to be boring, you can always be creative and think of simple ways to make food more delicious keeping its nutrient value in tact.

So today I am sharing with you guys my go to dish when I want to eat something super delicious, super healthy, weight loss friendly and it is really simple to make this dish and doesn't require much time to cook too!

So can this get any more better 😍

I have made this dish using crumbled homemade Cottage Cheese and Bell Peppers.

Do you know Bell Peppers are very high in Vitamin C and apart from that are loaded with other vitamins and minerals which include vitamin K1, vitamin E, vitamin A, folate, and potassium.
They are packed with antioxidants and have so many health benefits.

Apart from the health benefits, they look so gorgeous, are so much fun to cook with and they taste so so good that you don't need any artificial flavors to make them more tasty. They taste fabulous on their own.

So now let me share with you the recipe of this deliciousness.

Kindly Note - 
You can also add mix herbs or only Oregano, I do that sometimes but while making this dish yesterday I was out of herbs so didn't add them. 

If your using mix herbs be careful to not add too much or else the dish will become slightly bitter. 

You can also use this dish as a filling in your Roti, Rolls or Burger. 

Now at this stage if your adding it in some Bread or something, you might wanna add some dip so maybe you can apply some Chutney, Sauce or Dip on the Bread, Roti, etc. 

I prefer eating this just like this as I mostly have it post workouts in the evening and these days I mostly avoid eating Roti or Bread at night so I eat it like this only. 

Tastes delicious, is quite filling!
