Banana Smoothie by Saveen Kaur

Healthy cum Delicious Smoothie!

Summer means lots of cold drinks but its better when they are healthy too!

So I thought of making this Smoothie which has a lot of my favourite ingredients like Greek Yogurt, Dates, Banana and Dried Cranberries.

P.S. I want to make a confession that I was never into eating fruits and shrugged from the thought of eating them but since two three years I have developed a liking towards them and so love to make them a part of my desserts and drinks!

Ok now let me share with you the Ingredients of this delicious Smoothie - 

1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 Banana
3 Dates
10-12 Dried Cranberries
2 tsp Assorted Seeds and for garnishing
Flaked Almonds for garnishing

Blend them together, pour the Smoothie in a glass and relish it.

P.S. There will be tones of taste in this Smoothie as in it will taste Sweet mostly but little Sour in between. If you want to avoid the sourness and want it sweeter then you can add honey as per your taste.
