Bread Pudding by Saveen Kaur

Extremely easy, very nutritious and a treat for eyes and taste buds.

One of my favourite way to indulge in bread when bored from savoury Sandwiches.

This is my version of a Bread Pudding in which I have not added sugar as the sweetness of dried Cranberries and Raisins takes care of it but in case you want it sweeter, you can always add Sugar.

The Rose petals don't only look pretty but soothe your mind and muscles too!

Do try 😊

Serves 2

Ingredients -

4 slices of Bread toasted

2 cups of Milk

2 tsp Rose Petals

1 tbsp chopped cashews

1 tbsp dried Cranberries

1 tbsp Raisins

2 tsp Butter ( optional )

Method

In a bowl add a cup of hot cup of milk each.

Add 3/4th of rose petals in hot milk, leaving the remaining for garnishing.

Add cashews, raisins and dried cranberries.

Apply butter on toast.

Cut each slice into half and soak them into the milk.

Two slices in each bowl.

Make sure they get covered in milk completely.

Garnish with rose petals, cashews, raisins and dried cranberries.

So simple and so yummy 😋

Enjoy 💕

Happy Cooking Happy Relishing 😊

Love 💕
