So here comes one of my favourite Paratha - Aloo Ka Paratha. Super delicious Indian Bread stuffed with Hot and Spicy Potato filling

Relish it hot with Curd, Dollops of butter if you don't care much about calories and Mango Pickle

Serves - 4
Ingredients
Aloo Stuffing
- 4-5 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Onion finely chopped ( Optional )
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Aamchoor Powder
- 2-3 Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tsp Freshly ground Dhana Seeds
Dough
- 2 Cups Wheat Flour
- Water as per required
- A pinch of Salt ( Optional )
- 1 tbsp Oil
Method
- In a bowl add flour and salt.
- Add oil.
- Mix it well.
- Add water as per required to knead a smooth dough.
- Keep it in the fridge covered for half an hour.
- Remove from the dough from the fridge and make big round balls.
- Keep them aside.
- In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, mash them.
- Add all other ingredients of the Aloo Stuffing mentioned above.
- Mix them well.
- Divide the stuffing into equal parts as per the number of balls.
- Roll out the balls flat.
- Add the Aloo Stuffing.
- Make into a round again.
- Roll out the stuffed ball carefully.
- Put it on a hot greased griddle.
- Apply ghee on both sides and cook it well.
- Remove it from fire.
