Raita is a creamy yogurt based dish made with raw or cooked vegetables and spiced up with Masala.
It makes for an amazing side dish for your lunch and dinner.
Low on fat and so delicious, makes it perfect must have during this weather.
Makes a great combination with Hot Parathas and Pulao, Biryani or just plain Rice.
My most personal favourite is Pineapple Raita but love all the other ones too 😋
