Eggless Chocolate and Passion Fruit Mousse


Dark Chocolate gms 320
Milk ml 160
Cream ml 160
Passion fruit puree ml 60
whipped cream gms 320


Chop chocolates into small pieces.
Heat milk and cream.
Add chocolate and keep stirring till it becomes one homogenised mixture.
Add passion fruit puree.
Using cut and fold method, mix whipped cream.
Refrigerate for few hours.
