Ingredients
600 Gm Butter
350 Gm Flour
250 Gm Castor sugar
250 Gm Icing sugar
100 Gm Coconut Powder
5 Gm Cardamom powder
Method
Prepare a creaming mix of butter and castor sugar. Add icing sugar and cream it.
Add flour and coconut powder with cardamom powder and fold it.
Keep in walk-in for 30 mins and shape it.
Bake at 180C for 15 mins.
