Mexi Crostini

A bit Italian, A bit Mexican!
Cheesy and Yummy Snack, perfect to delight your eyes and pep up your taste buds!

Ok the mood was to eat something really tasty!

Spotted Cheese, Pizza Sauce and Yellow Pepper, now needed a base to lay all this on.

Was wondering what to do, then got an idea, picked up the phone and called my favorite store Bake Heaven and called for Mini Buns.

So once my Buns arrived, made this super yummy dish in just 10 minutes and here was my yummy evening snack ready.

For me cooking is mostly impromptu, I don't plan just end up making dishes with whatever is lying at home. So end up making my own kind of stuff, not the conventional stuff ;)

For me cooking is so much fun like this, but with one hitch!  And that is, what should I name the dish, so I end up asking my audience for a name but this time this dish has been christened by none other than " Food Talk India " You can see for yourself the snapshots below ;)

Recipe:

Ingredients

1 packet Mini Buns
Pizza Sauce
Amul Cheese

Dried Oregano
Red Chilli Flakes
1 Yellow Pepper
Black Pepper Powder

Method
Heat Oil in a pan, add Pepper, add a pinch of Salt and a pinch Black Pepper Powder and cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside.

Cut each Mini Bun into two.
Apply Pizza Sauce on the base.
Spread cooked Yellow Pepper on it.
Cover it with grated cheese.
Sprinkle Dried Oregano and Red Chilli Flakes.
Apply little butter at the other end of the bun.
Place it in a non-stick pan and cook covered for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
Remove and Serve Hot.
Relish :)

Happy Cooking Happy Eating
