Vada Sandwich

So it's Sunday evening
and after a hectic week you are really not in a mood to go out and just wanna laze all day.

(P.S. This dish was made two weeks back and had written the draft then but so much happened in between, so publishing now! There are few more posts pending will update soon.)

Tired of lazying, Now what to do, an idea comes, let's make something that I have never made!  After lil thinking, I decide to make Vada's. Now since its an impromptu plan to make Vada, I don't have Pav with which it is normally served. So what I do! I take bread slices cut them in round shape and toast them crisp. Apply some Sandwich Spread over it and place my Vada between two. So a new a dish is born called Vada Sandwich, invented by me ;)
