Creamy Pasta & Corn

Flavorsome Creamy Penne Pasta and Kernels of Sweet Corn :)


1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp ginger - garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp dried oregano
A pinch of black pepper powder
1 cup boiled corn
Half packet Penne
2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 cheese cubes grated
1 tsp dill 

Heat oil in a pan. 

Add ginger - garlic paste
Cook till it turns goldenish brown.
Add tomato puree. 
Cook on high flame for a minute or two. 
Reduce the flame and add salt, paprika powder, oregano, black pepper powder.
Cook till the oil starts separating.
Add corn. 
Add 1 glass water. 
Give it a boil and then reduce the flame and cook for 5 minutes. 
Add Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
Add sugar. 
Add boiled penne and cook for a few minutes. 
Add dill and grated cheese.
Cook till the gravy thickens and coats the penne well.  
Add cream and mix well.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Garnish with Cheese and Dill.
