Mushroom & Capsicum Fusilli |
My Mother & Brother must have been Italian in their past birth, lol ;)
They both demand Italian everyday! But you know what, no worries because Pasta's are so easy and less time consuming, it is a delight to make ;) So bring on the Pasta :)
Ingredients
200 gms Fusilli - Tricolor
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
Half Green Capsiucum
200 gms Mushrooms
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp Ready-made Pasta Sauce
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Sugar
Parsley
1 tbsp grated Cheese
1 glass Water
Method
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
Half Green Capsiucum
200 gms Mushrooms
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp Ready-made Pasta Sauce
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Sugar
Parsley
1 tbsp grated Cheese
1 glass Water
Method
Boil Pasta and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic
Cook till garlic changes color
Add mushrooms
Add Black Pepper
Cook for a few min
Add paprika powder
Add red chilli flakes
Add capsicum
Add salt
Add pasta paste
Add Jamaican jerk seasoning
Add parsley
Add water
Add sugar
Give it a boil
Add cheese
Add pasta
Cook for a few minutes
Garnish with parsley
Serve Hot and Relish!
