Pan Fried Herbed Pizza

The last pizza of my Pizza Medley!

Now by the time I was making the fourth pizza, my tomato base was over, so then I made use of tomato ketchup.

Ingredients

Butter to spread

Tomato Ketchup, enough to spread on the Pizza Bread.

Pizza Bread

1 chopped capsicum

100 gms tofu

3 cheese cubes grated

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp dill

Assemble

Spread butter, spread sauce, add tofu cubes, add green capsicum, sprinkle cheese, add oregano, red chilli flakes, rosemary, dill.

Now this one pizza, I cooked it in a pan because I was too exhausted making pizza's, lol and dint have the patience to wait more for the oven so simultaneously cooked this in a covered non stick pan while the Mexican Pizza was getting baked in the oven. I greased the bottom of the pizza with butter so that the pizza does not get burned.

When you see the cheese melted, remove it from the pan and serve Hot!

This too turned out fab, Dad loved it :)
