Kiwi & Banana Smoothie

Kiwi, Banana, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and Chia Seeds - these are the ingredients of this power packed smoothie!

I have used my favorite three seeds in this smoothie - Chia, Pumpkin and Sunflower, extremely nutritious, they are packed with multiple health benefits, will highlight them in my next few posts soon.

Sweetness of Banana, dramatic taste of  Kiwi and to boot the taste of seeds, make an interesting blend ;)

To make 1 glass - 

Half Kiwi

Half Banana

1/3 rd glass Soya Milk

1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds

1 tsp Sunflower Seeds

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Honey or to taste

Blend well, pour in a glass and get ready to be charged up with energy with this delicious and healthy smoothie ;)
