Mint Chutney

Mint Chutney

Mint Chutney is used as dip for Indian starter snacks like pakoras, kebabs, etc. They are also used as a spread for sandwiches. They give an excellent taste when eaten with bread.


Coriander leaves - 3/4 th cup
Mint leaves - 1/4 th cup
2 Green Chillies
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sugar or to taste
1 tsp roasted Chana Dal
Add little water, enough to make it into a smooth paste.


Blend them together and store in a glass container and keep it in Refrigerator.
