Methi Aloo |
This is a recipe of my Mom and
cooked by her too, thought of sharing it with you.
Mum is a terrific cook, guess got
cooking in my genes courtesy my Mum since I have not taken any classes and
courses and cook dishes going by my instinct.
Methi Aloo is one of my favorite
subzi made at home, very healthy since Methi is extremely rich in iron.
Methi is called Fenugreek in
English.
Very simple to make.

2-3 green chillies
Method

chillies, potato and salt, mix well and cook for a few minutes, add chopped
methi leaves.
Cook on low flame till the water dries up and done.
Serve hot with rotis.
