Herbed Peppers and Cheese Garlic Bread |
Garlic Bread is something I used to have too often with my Mom along with coffee, mostly Mocha Latte.
Mom and Me used to have at least one coffee date in a week at our favorite coffee shop, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Used to love that time at that place since Mom is also one of my closest friend with whom I can share and discuss anything in the world, we used to have our own little fun time of good conservations. Some places have their own charm which cannot be replicated even by the same company in an another location. Miss Coffee Bean :(
Since I was remembering those times, I thought let me make my own version of Garlic Bread.
So here I go, I call up my bread store and order for a Garlic Bread Loaf.
So while the bread arrives, I chop Bell Peppers, all colors - Red, Green and Yellow, I love colors and love my food also to be colorful, it gives a very happy happy feeling :)
Grate cheese.
Now since the bread has arrived its time to assemble -

Grease a non-stick pan with butter and place the garlic bread slices on it.
