Chocolate Coated Nutella Biscuit Sandwich

Chocolate Coated Nutella Biscuit Sandwich

Whenever I make something, I usually go by my instinct, so most of the dishes I make and share with you are made for the first time and touch wood till now all have turned out good. Sometimes I like to try different combinations which can be little weird but then that is how I like to try new stuff and add some zing in ordinary regular stuff.

I mostly make use of things that are lying at home and then try to churn out new dishes out of them. So here I had a packet of Pickwick biscuit, Nutella and a bar of Milk Compound (Chocolate). It just took me a few seconds to decide what I wanted to do and thats how this dessert was born ;)

Ingredients

A packet of Strawberry Pickwick- Alternatively you could use any wafer biscuit.
100 gms Milk Chocolate Compound
3-4 drops of Strawberry Essence
Nutella

Method

Break the Pickwick biscuit into half.
Separate the biscuit into three parts.
Spread Nutella on two parts and make a triple layered sandwich.
Keep the biscuit sandwich in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Melt chocolate and add strawberry essence to it when melted and mix it well.
Dip the biscuit sandwich in chocolate and coat it well.
Crush a few biscuits and then roll the chocolate dipped biscuits to cover it with crushed biscuit.
Keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes to let it set.
Remove it from the freezer and while serving garnish it with fresh strawberries.
When served with fresh strawberries, it gives a little tangy taste to the biscuit sandwich.

Alternatively, you can also coat it with crushed walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, whatever you like after dipping it in chocolate. A nutty flavor will gel well with the sweet biscuit sandwich.
You can also use dark chocolate or a combination of 50% dark and 50% milk.

See there is so much you can do and come up with so many different tastes.
Creativity has no END!!!! :)
