Strawberry Cupcake

Strawberry Cupcake


1 + 3/4 th cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup yellow butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup coco cola
1 tsp strawberry essence
1/2 tsp red food color

Line the cup cake tray with paper cups

Pour in the Cup Cake Mixture


Mix softened butter and sugar, beat them well till fluffy.
Sieve flour, baking powder anf baking soda.
Mix all together, add strawberry essence, red color, and cola.
Beat very well till light in consistency.
Pour the mixture in the paper cups, placed in the muffin tray.
Fill 3/4 th of the cup.
Bake it at 180°C for 30 minutes or till done.
Keep it in the oven for few minutes.
Remove it from the oven, let it cool a bit.
Serve warm.
