Ingredients
Fruit Cake
Dry Red Velvet Cake
Dry Double Chocochip Cake
Butterscotch Ice cream
Vanilla Ice Cream
Strawberry Ice Cream
Bourbon Biscuit Powdered
Chocolate Curls
Hot chocolate sauce
Method
In Trio Ice Cream, I have layered Cake and Ice cream one after the other.
At the bottom is Fruit cake, then covered it with Butterscotch Ice Cream, then placed Red Velvet slice cake, covered it with Strawberry Ice cream and then placed Double Chocochip Dry cake and covered it with Vanilla Ice Cream. At the top most layer, drizzled some hot chocolate sauce and smudged it with fingers to give it a abstract design. Garnished with chocolate curls and dusted some powdered Bourbon biscuit.
Kept it in the freezer till serving time.
