Hey lovelies so here comes an easy peasy Pizza recipe you can make in a jiffy 🤩
Guess what it is low calories too 🤩
I have used Cottage Cheese instead of Cheese.
Ingredients -
4 Pizza Bread
2-3 tbsp Readymade Pizza Sauce
1 tbsp Cheesy Jalapeño Sauce
1 Onion chopped
1 Capsicum chopped
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Box of Cherry Tomatoes
200 gms Cottage Cheese
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter for greasing ( optional )
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
Method -
In a pan, add oil.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste, let it cook for a few seconds.
Add chopped Onions & Capsicum. Let it cook for a few minutes till done.
Add Pizza Sauce and let it cook for a few seconds.
Add Jalapeño Sauce and mix in well.
Add Salt, Oregano and Red Chili Flakes.
Mix it well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
To cook Cottage Cheese -
In a pan, add 1 tsp Oil.
Let it heat.
Add diced Cottage Cheese and add a bit of salt to taste.
Let it cook for a few minutes.
Toast the Pizza Base on a griddle.
Apply butter if you want, spread the Sauce mixture prepared.
Top it with Cottage Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes as shown in the picture.
Sprinkle some Oregano and Red Chili Flakes on top.
Cook it covered for a 3-4 minutes.
Your delicious low calorie hot Pizza is ready to be relished 🍕🤤
