i’m into fitness...fitness whole burger in my mouth šš¤©š
Hey lovelies so I was in a mood to sink my teeth into a mind blowing healthy Burger so I thought why not make it and now since I have made it, I thought why not share the recipe with you all š¤©š
So here comes a super simple recipe to make this delicious Burger.
Enjoy so much š«¶
Ingredients for Cutlets -
4-5 Potatoes Boiled
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp chopped Coriander
Salt to taste
Oil for brushing
Fine Semolina for coating
4 Burger Buns
Ingredients for Dip -
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Chiptole Cheese Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Chopped Mint Leaves
1 tsp Chopped Basil Leaves
1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
More ingredients -
Sliced Onions
Sliced Tomatoes ( optional, I have not added it but you can add if you like it )
Cheese Slices - 4
Method to make Cutlets -
In a vessel, mash Boiled Potatoes, add all above mentioned ingredients except oil.
Knead the mixture into a fine dough.
Spoon out into 4 balls equal proportion, flatten them into a cutlets.
Coat the cutlets with Semolina on both sides.
On a non stick pan, brush a bit of oil and grease the pan.
Place the cutlets and let them cook.
Brush enough oil needed only so instead of deep frying you are saving calories like this š
Cook them well on both sides.
For Dip -
Mix in all the ingredients and make it into a fine dip.
Now to Assemble -
Heat the buns nicely on a griddle.
Coat the buns with the dip on one side.
Please note you can grease the buns with Butter if you want, I have given it a miss trying to make it a healthier version š
Now add the cutlets on on the bun, top it with Onions and Cheese Slice.
Cover it with the other slice.
Your delicious burger is ready to be relished.
