Oats Porridge 2 by Saveen Kaur

 



Hello Monday on a healthy note with this yummy Oats Porridge 😍😋


I have already shared a recipe of Oats Porridge previously on the blog, this one is Summer Friendly!


So healthy, yummy and nourishing! 


Love to have this sometimes post workout to refuel my energy! 


Serves 1  - 


Ingredients - 


2 tbsp Oats

1/2 cup Water

1/4 the cup Milk

1 tbsp Jaggery Powder, you can add more if you want it to be more sweeter!

A pinch of Cinnamon

1 tsp Flax Seeds

1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds

1 tsp Sunflower Seeds

4 cubes Dark Chocolate Shredded 



Method - 


In a pan add oats, roast them slightly.

Add water, give it a boil and then reduce the flame to medium for 2-3 minutes!

Give it a boil and then reduce the heat on medium.

Then add cinnamon powder.

Let it cook till it starts thickening.

Remove it from the flame, pour it in the serving dish and add jaggery powder.

Add Dark Chocolate. 

Mix in well.

Garnish it with Flax Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds. 

Relish! 


Note : To make more double the quantity as required.
